I think this is one cool plant! I see it in abundance. Its long spray that extends high above the plant itself tends to catch my eye. I like its coral color. I find myself admiring it more so than normal this year and wondered what the name of the plant could be. A close observation would have me guessing that it belongs to the cactus group. Do you know what the name of this plant is? |

Let’s look at what it takes to obtain a loan or mortgage from a financial lender.There are two P’s in the process that you should know. The first P is prequalify and the second one is preapproval. Both P’s have to do with getting loan approval from the lender of your choice but with different meanings. Today’s lender’s requirements have been tightened and it is increasingly more important to be preapproved for a loan prior to seeking out that dream home. In days past a person could be prequalified which simply means that you gave your credit information and a generic report was generated based solely on the information provided. Preapproval requires all the same information you provided when prequalifying but it takes it a step or two further. The lending officer often with the assistance of a processor will seek to verify the information provided prior to giving any kind of approval. Once verification has been obtained a letter of preapproval based on your personal credit worthiness only may be issued documenting the amount of the loan a lender is willing to offer. This letter of preapproval has become much more significant in today’s buying. Not only are more and more sellers requiring proof of financial ability from a lender before accepting a contract to purchase but buyers’ agents are requiring prior to showing homes. Getting the preapproval letter creates a win-win situation for all - the buyer, the seller and all parties involved. While out and about this morning I came across this home that has allowed the Bluebonnets to blossom where they are planted. It was an unusual sight for this neighborhood. They sure were pretty.
It is incredible the amount of information that the Internet provides to us on a daily basis. On a personal note I had a friend contact me recently about a mutual friend in need. It was in the course of searching the Internet for the needed assistance that I landed on a website brimming with information. The name of the organization providing the information is 
Over the past couple of weeks there has been much talk around town about the new neighbor coming to the small community of Murphy, Texas. On one hand it’s exciting but the other hand keeps looking at the worries about the overall impact on the community which is big. So who is this new neighbor that is kicking up so many emotions and planning to move into the empty field adjacent to the Sonic? Walmart - in all its super-store grandeur.Surely the big boys know there is a Walmart Neighborhood store directly across the street. Most residents are shaking their heads in wonderment namely because Walmart recently completed a renovation on the neighborhood store. Residents agree that Murphy is just not big enough to support both stores. Yet no one has offered a suggestion or a 
probable outcome of the Neighborhood store if big Wally decides to park it across the street. The proposal plans are marching on. It seems that residents will have little say in the matter. The land being developed has already been zoned.
